Thanks to the EU4Business "Innovative Tourism and Technology Development for Armenia" (ITTD) project, Uteach received a grant of 27 million AMD (approximately EUR 62,000) in 2022 and invested it in expanding the workforce.
“This strategic decision allowed us to utilize the resources for marketing and advertising campaigns, increasing sales and raising awareness about the platform that empowers individuals to monetize their teaching skills online,” Shushan states.
The platform offers a website constructor, video courses, live lessons, quiz builders, certificate generation, mobile applications, online payment gateways, integration with other tools, digital and physical product sales, blogging capabilities, a customizable CRM, and much more.

The EU4Business “Innovative Tourism and Technology Development for Armenia” (ITTD) project is ongoing in Armenia. Its overall objective is to ensure shared, balanced, and inclusive growth in tourism and innovative industries. The project is working with innovative tourism ventures in the northern regions of Armenia, providing support to hi-tech and innovative entrepreneurs, organizing international knowledge exchanges for hi-tech researchers, and establishing networks to foster a business culture among students and the general public.
Under the ITTD project, more than 150 ventures have already received support: this has helped sustain or generate a total of 400 jobs and provided training for over 1000 individuals.
