Women in Business Phase II

Project Description

The initiative aims to boost women's entrepreneurship and overall involvement in business across EaP countries by enhancing access to both financial and non-financial business development services. It offers specific credit lines, risk coverage, and interest rate subsidies for Partner Financial Institutions (PFIs), alongside capacity building for PFIs and training, networking, and advisory support for women entrepreneurs in the region.

Project Objectives

The Programme aims to enhance the role of women-led MSMEs in Eastern Partnership countries. It specifically targets increased access to finance, improved capacity of financial institutions to serve women entrepreneurs, enhanced availability of long-term funding, expanded access to business development expertise, and improved skills and networks for women entrepreneurs.
