The EU is supporting SMEs through 100+ projects in the Eastern Partnership region

To support Armenian MSMEs, including women and youth-led businesses. The transaction will support Ameriabank in achieving its strategic goal of growing its MSME customer base.

A senior loan under the FIF EaP Women-in-Business Financing Programme. The WiB loan will be on-lent to and support the underserved women-led and women-owned MSMEs in Georgia.

Supported by the EU, the project operates within the European Fund for Sustainable Development Plus (EFSD+) guarantee programme.

MSMEs, including entrepreneurs in the agriculture value chain, women and youth-led businesses.

Proparco to support responsible financial inclusion, empowerment of women, smallholder farmers and rural population in Moldova via O.C.N. MICROINVEST S.R.L. (“Microinvest”), the leader of the microfinance market in the country.

Project Objectives: increased inclusion of digital tools in SMEs’ daily operations; encouragement of SMEs to invest in digitalization.

This project will create a more conducive business environment in the agribusiness and apparel sectors in Armenia, contributing to better livelihoods and decent employment.

The project will contribute to sustainable and equitable recovery and economic competitiveness of Ukraine through strengthened and EU compliant competition and State aid frameworks, aligned with requirements of Ukraine’s accession process towards the EU membership.
